What people ask before joining
Can I use member pricing on monthly specials?
Member pricing applies to standard menu items. Monthly specials are already discounted and typically can't be combined with member rates — but exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Just ask when you book.
Do I have to pay the enrollment fee again if I re-enroll?
If a membership is canceled and later re-enrolled, the enrollment fee applies again. Occasionally we waive enrollment during promotional periods — call to ask about current offers.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Aesthetic memberships can be paused for up to 60 days — just give us a call. Injectable memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Absolutely. Give us a call and we'll switch your plan starting at your next billing cycle. No fees to move between tiers.
How do I cancel?
Aesthetic memberships require a six-month commitment. After that, cancel anytime. Injectable memberships are month-to-month with no cancellation penalty — just call to cancel.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes — memberships make a thoughtful gift. Call us and we'll handle the details, including gift-card-style enrollment for the recipient.
