Refund Policy
DaVida Medical and Aesthetics strives for 100% satisfaction for all of our clients. We recognize there are exceptions and therefore, our refund and return policy is as follows:
Products
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund.
Product returns after 7 days will be issued a store credit.
After 30 days, no returns are accepted.
Online product returns
To initiate an online return, email us at info@davidama.com within the 7- or 30-day window with your order number.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
Services and treatments
Services and treatments purchased in advance or in a "package" remain on your account until redeemed. Account credits do not expire.
If you experience an adverse reaction, DaVida will issue a refund to your original payment method, a credit on account, OR exchange the purchased treatment for another type of service or treatment of equal value within 30 days of treatment.
If you are unable to continue your treatment/services within one year of purchase, DaVida will issue a refund to your original payment method less a 20% administrative fee. We will NOT refund services/treatments after one year post-purchase; however, these services/treatments will remain on your account and may be used at any point in the future.
Gift cards
Online and in-store gift cards are non-refundable but transferable.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined across types (online card / in-store card).
