How do you track which brides came from me?
Every voucher has a "Gifted by" field where you write your business name. When your bride redeems it at her appointment, we log the redemption to your account automatically. You'll receive an email confirmation when her appointment is booked.
When does the credit actually post to my account?
Once your bride books her next paid treatment after the complimentary facial. The credit lands automatically and you'll get an email each time.
What counts as a "qualifying" referral?
Any new-to-DaVida client who redeems your voucher and books a paid service afterward. The complimentary facial alone doesn't trigger credit — it's the bride choosing to keep coming back that does.
How do I move up to Silver or Gold?
Automatically. Three qualifying referrals in a calendar year moves you to Silver. Eight moves you to Gold. Credits posted after a tier change apply at your new higher rate for the rest of the year.
How long do my credits last?
Twelve months from the date they're posted. Credits can be used on any service or product on our menu — injectables, lasers, facials, peels, microneedling, body treatments, and DaVida Skin products.
Can I gift vouchers to bridesmaids and mothers of brides?
Yes — any new-to-DaVida client in the wedding party qualifies. One voucher per person, no limit on how many people from a single wedding you can refer.
Can I refer existing DaVida clients?
Vouchers are for new clients only. For other types of referrals (an existing client booking a new service category, for example), reach out and we'll talk through it case by case.
What if I run out of vouchers?
Email us at marketing@davidama.com and we'll have a fresh batch ready for you to pick up within the week. There's no cap on how many we'll send.
