How to use it
- Cleanse with a gentle, non-stripping cleanser

- Continue using twice daily after your procedure as advised by your provider
- Layer gently on freshly treated skin — no rubbing or pulling

Common questions
Can I use Alastin Skin Nectar daily, or only after procedures?
Both. Skin Nectar was originally developed for pre and post-procedure use, but because TriHex Technology® supports collagen and elastin production every day, many of our clients keep it in their routine year-round as a daily anti-aging serum.
How is Skin Nectar different from a moisturizer?
Skin Nectar is a water-free serum, not a moisturizer. It delivers active peptides and antioxidants directly to the skin without the water, parabens, or preservatives that can sting compromised skin. Most people layer their regular moisturizer on top.
Is there a dupe for Alastin Skin Nectar?
The TriHex Technology® peptide blend is exclusive to Alastin — there's no true 1:1 dupe. If budget is the concern, the 1 fl oz bottle lasts roughly 2 months at one pump twice daily, which makes the cost-per-day more accessible than most clients expect.
What size do you carry — 1 oz or 4 oz?
We carry the standard 1 fl oz / 29.6 mL bottle, which is the size used in clinical studies and sold through dermatology offices. Reach out if you'd like a larger size and we can place a special order.
Will it sting on freshly treated skin?
It shouldn't. Skin Nectar is water-free, fragrance-free, and free of parabens and preservatives — the formula was specifically designed to be comfortable on sensitive, post-procedure skin. If you experience any unusual reaction, stop use and contact your provider.
Can I use it with retinol, vitamin C, or other actives?
Yes. TriHex Technology® plays well with most active ingredients. We typically suggest applying Skin Nectar first on clean skin, then layering your actives — and pausing strong retinoids or acids for a few days around an in-office procedure.
How long does one bottle last?
Roughly 2 months at one pump twice daily, or about 1 month at the full two-pumps twice-daily protocol used pre and post-procedure.
