How Brella works
A small patch is applied to each cleaned underarm. It sits in place for roughly 3 minutes — long enough to reduce the activity of the sweat glands directly beneath. The patch is removed, the area is cleaned, and you walk out.
Pricing covers both underarms — the package is designed as a complete left + right treatment, not one side. There are no add-on charges to get the second side done.
You'll start to notice meaningful sweat reduction within the first few weeks, with full results around the 3–4 week mark. Effects typically last 3 to 5 months, after which you can re-treat as needed.

Common questions
Is the $199 for one underarm or both?
Both. Brella is sold as a full both-underarm package — the $199 covers the complete treatment for your left and right sides. There's no upsell to add the second side; that's already included.
How long do the results last?
Most clients see meaningful sweat reduction for 3 to 5 months from a single treatment. Individual results vary — some get longer, some shorter. Treating in June gives you the best shot at carrying through most of the summer.
How is this different from Botox for sweat?
Botox for hyperhidrosis is an injectable — multiple needle sticks per underarm, typically lasting 4–6 months. Brella is a topical patch — no needles, ~3 minutes per side, typically lasting 3–5 months. Some clients prefer Brella for the needle-free experience and faster appointment; others prefer Botox for slightly longer duration. We can walk you through which is the better fit at consultation.
Does it hurt? Is there irritation?
The patch itself is well tolerated — most clients describe a warm sensation during the ~3 minutes it's in contact with the skin. Some redness, mild swelling, or sensitivity in the underarm is normal for a few days after and resolves on its own. We'll cover full aftercare at your appointment.
Are there activity restrictions after?
Minimal. We recommend avoiding intense workouts, hot yoga, and saunas for 24 hours, and skipping aggressive scrubbing or deodorant on the area for the first day. After that, life as usual.
Can I retreat if I want longer coverage?
Yes. Once your results begin to wear off, you can book another Brella treatment to extend coverage. Many clients re-treat once per summer, or twice a year for year-round dryness.
When does the special end?
Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Treatment must be purchased by June 30 to lock in the $199 pricing. Book your appointment as soon as possible after purchase so the patch can do its work before your peak summer events.
