Why it works
Soothes stinging immediately on freshly treated skin. Coconut oil contributes antimicrobial benefit during the highest-risk first 24 hours.
Active barrier-protective and skin-calming colloidal oatmeal — the gold-standard ingredient for protecting and repairing extremely sensitive post-procedure skin.
A leave-on mask designed to keep freshly treated skin deeply hydrated through the first 24-hour window.
A non-foaming, non-stripping cleanser gentle enough to use on freshly treated skin once your provider clears you to wash.
Recovery protocol
- Apply 2–4 pumps of Priming Oil to treated areas
- Layer a generous coat of Enriched Firming Mask on top
- Reapply throughout the day to keep skin hydrated
- Avoid water and active products for the first 24 hours
- Cleanse gently with Milky Lotion Cleanser
- Apply 2–4 pumps of Priming Oil to damp skin
- Layer Renewal Calming Cream on top, generously
- Continue until skin is fully healed (typically 5–10 days)
Common questions
Is this the right kit for my procedure?
It's designed for laser, IPL, chemical peels, microneedling, surgery, scarring, and tattoo removal — basically any procedure that compromises the skin barrier and requires a recovery period. If you're unsure, ask your provider whether the recovery protocol fits.
How long does the kit last?
Through one full recovery (typically 7–10 days). Most clients use Priming Oil and Calming Cream most heavily — those two run out first.
Can I use it for everyday sensitive-skin maintenance?
Yes — the kit also doubles as a sensitive-skin starter. Many clients with reactive or compromised skin use Calming Cream and Milky Cleanser as their daily rotation outside of procedure recovery.
Do I still need this if I have other Epionce products?
Yes for the Priming Oil and Enriched Firming Mask — those two are specifically formulated for the immediate post-procedure window and aren't sold individually in this size.
How is this different from the Alastin Skin Nectar pre/post protocol?
Different philosophy. Alastin Skin Nectar is a single multi-purpose serum used pre AND post procedure. Epionce Essential Recovery is a multi-product kit focused on the post-procedure recovery window. Some providers prefer one, some both.
