The Lytic for skin that wants results, not regret.
Epionce Lite Lytic Tx is the gentle-strength version of Lytic Tx — same salicylic and azelaic acid system, lower concentration, formulated specifically for dry, sensitive, reactive, or pregnancy/nursing skin. It's the only Lytic that's safe through pregnancy. Daily use, no peeling, no fight.
Why people reach for it
Lower concentration of active acids than standard Lytic Tx — smoother texture and clearer pores without the burn or peeling.
The only Lytic Tx in the line that's safe to continue through pregnancy and breastfeeding (always verify with your provider).
Azelaic acid reduces the appearance of redness while the formula works — especially good for rosacea-prone or reactive skin.
If you want to graduate to Lytic Tx or Lytic Plus eventually, this is where most clients start. 6–8 weeks of Lite Lytic typically opens the door to stronger formulations.
Who it's for
Best for dry, sensitive, reactive, rosacea-prone, and pregnancy/nursing skin:
Why it works
A beta-hydroxy acid that penetrates pores — at a lower concentration than standard Lytic Tx for daily tolerability.
Calms redness and inflammation while addressing post-acne marks and rosacea-related discoloration.
A natural source of salicin — gentle plant-based exfoliating support.
Botanical hydration to keep the skin barrier comfortable while the exfoliating actives work.
How to use it

Common questions
Is this safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Lite Lytic Tx is the only Lytic Tx formulation that's considered pregnancy and nursing safe. Always verify with your provider before adding any active product during pregnancy.
How long until I see texture changes?
Skin usually feels smoother within 2–3 weeks. Real changes in pore appearance, post-acne marks, and overall tone typically build over 8–12 weeks of daily use.
Can I graduate to Lytic Tx eventually?
Yes — most clients spend 6–12 weeks on Lite Lytic Tx before moving up to Lytic Tx. Some prefer to stay on Lite long-term if their skin runs reactive.
Will it sting?
Some clients feel a slight tingle for the first few applications — this typically subsides within 2 weeks. If it stings persistently, drop to every other night.
Can I use it with retinol?
If you're using Lite Lytic, you're probably retinol-intolerant — and adding retinol on top defeats the purpose. We typically recommend Lite Lytic instead of retinol, not alongside.
Do you ship, or can I pick up locally?
Both. Free shipping over $100 within the US, or pick up at our San Antonio location (20327 Interstate 10 Ste 140) — usually ready within 24 hours of ordering.
"Lite Lytic is the Epionce product we recommend most for clients who've been told they can't use retinol or acids. They can use this. It's the gentlest entry into real chemical exfoliation, and it's the one product most pregnant clients keep through their whole pregnancy."
